DISTRIBUTIONS (LLC)

DISTRIBUTIONS.  Distributions of cash or other assets of the Company shall be made at such times and in such amounts as the Managing Member may determine.  Distributions shall be made to Members pro rata in accordance with the number of outstanding Units held by each Member immediately prior to a distribution.
