REGISTERED OFFICE, REGISTERED AGENT AND PRINCIPAL OFFICE. The registered office and/or registered agent of the Company may be changed from time to time in the discretion of the Managing Member.  The principal office of the Company shall be at such place as the Managing Member may designate from time to time, and the Company shall maintain records there.  The Company may have such other offices as the Managing Member may designate from time to time.
